This is the local traditional snack brought from the auntie near my
home.

living in old public estate of Hk, we can find this kind of freshy
homemade snacks sold by granny. They dont have license or shops, just
a mobile trolley with different kind of snacks like sweet red bean
riceballs, sweet rice cake made by herbs. They made their food and
sold to neigbourhood. The transaction goes along with casual chitchat
with topics on food, neighbourhood and etc.This is something that we
missed out when we buy our food from supermarket.

Watching "night and fog" by Alain Resnais on one misty sunday
nite. My heart sinkened when I passed through central. Once I stepped
from star ferry and walked towards central, it was a large piece of
reclamation land with construction machines and cargos
Where is the coastline?

I couldn't stop relating what I saw in the film: Construction site and
cargos look like dormitory blocks in the camp.
The misty air / polluted air looks like the poisoned gas.
People are marginalized to the outskirts of new territory.
Our life are controlled by the land developers.

People working here thought they work for liberty and freedom but in
fact they may not realize they are working hard just to earn enough
money and get the entrance ticket into the system.

I couldn't keep thinking,
Are we living in the invisible -live concentration camp?

宅和商�大��呆。那�「��」正一步一步迫近我�，心�非常不安。

兩年前到此地完成第一個海外十公里賽事，兩年後也在這裏完成了第一個海外全馬拉松。這已是第四次踏足新加坡了。很喜歡這個城市，這裡跟香港沒有時差，四季也是溫暖的（只是中午時下着雨）。十二月的氣溫是全年之中較低及少雨，新加坡哥哥說是"windy summer"。作為跑者，這是一個十分理想的跑步天氣。

第二次跑全馬，雖然沒有很認真去練習，只是盡量在工作後跑去健身室踏單車，跑treadmill。天氣稍為好一點便往戶外跑步。貪玩的我也忍不住happy hour飲酒和沒有小心飲食。盡量不想把跑步的樂趣變成壓力。

今次身體及心理狀況比第一次跑有明顯的改善。時間慢了十分鐘，但能夠完成及身心狀況有改善，對我來說已是進步！

過程:
很多朋友也是"run their own race"，沒有壓力，只是為自己負責。大家一起跑，有的是四五知己，一對對情侶、夫婦，也有很多獨立人仕。他們的關係一一從背面的號碼布看到。
女的寫着：For Hubby...
男的寫着：For Wife...
四五知己寫着：We are slow but we are ahead of you!
獨立人仕寫着：在終點等着你回來-老婆上（原文為英文）
也有小孩畫給父親的鼓勵字句。

令我感動的是看見一位年輕的女孩，由於視障關係，用布條矇着眼睛，由兩位朋友充當pacer給她開路完成42公里，她真勇敢！

在路上的水站、first aids 站遇上很多友善的跑者，大家互相幫忙着。有位跑者把水/muscle rub給我，也有位幫我開水蓋......
這些坤仕風度似乎在香港沒有遇到。

跑的時候心裡想着很多事情，希望在終點衝線的一刻全部放下來。已放下來了，準備迎接在生命中更加精彩的東西。

感謝我的朋友，特別是physcio 莊給我的支持及鼓勵，讓我安心地跑下去。

旅程完結至今差不多一個月了。十分慶幸拋開一切，去到全歐洲最多人感染H1N1的國家進行冒險旅程。回港後發生太多變數，相信沒有這次旅程，也沒有力量勇於面對。
今天晚上翻看照片，回憶旅途時細味過的每一杯咖啡，無論在露天廣場，長途火車上、米芝蓮級酒店、街市旁小店…靜觀古舊的建築物、綠油油的葡萄園、兩旁流動的景物或剛買完餸的街坊…懷念這種寧靜的心境。

朋友介紹鵝頸橋街巿熟食中心的波仔車仔麵檔。每次吃完車仔麵一定需要喝很多
水，因為湯底充滿味精，把所有材料混在一起便算。跟其他不同，波仔選用的郤是
濃味的牛汁湯底，粗麵和幼麵是用濃味牛肉汁乾「lo」。根楠肉肥味，材料份量大
（一半材料，一半麵），價廉物味。

關於跑步我說的其實是......

村上春樹的名字常掛在文化人的囗邊，但是我郤不熟悉他的作品，只看過入門作品＜聽風的歌＞，印象不深刻。今次被書名「關於跑步我說的其實是......」吸引着，特意找來看。原來作者是位馬拉松愛好者，從1982年開始差不多每天跑步，每年參加一次馬拉松賽事，連續二十三年透過跑步強化身心以支持着寫作生活。「雖然是一本跑步的書，郤不是關於健康法的書。...只不過是把持續跑步對我這個人是什麼的事情，重新仔細思考，或自問自答而已。」

「小說家這種職業-至少對我來說-沒有勝負之分。雖然也許發行册數、文學獎、評論的好壞可以成為一種成就的指標，但那並不能算是本質上的問題。寫出來的東西能不能達到自己所設定的基準，比什麼都重要，而且是無法隨便找藉口的事情。對別人或許可以想辨法適度說服，但對自己的內心郤絲毫也無法蒙混。在這層意義上，寫小說和跑馬拉松很類似。基本上對創作者來說，動機是確實在自己心中安靜存在的東西，不應該向外部求取什麼形式或基準。」

我不是藝術家，只是一位馬拉松初哥，但對他的說法也有同感，看似沈悶簡單重複的動作卻隱藏了無窮無盡的變化。它能令我面對自己的身體，了解它的變化。從呼吸、身體各部份的配合伸延至精神上如專注力、持續力，一步一步地令心靈「安靜」下來。這個「安靜」能聽着自己的聲音，自己設定的基準、步伐去完成任何事情，不需受外界的影響而令自己的步伐大亂。這不過是我這兩三年開始跑步所感受到的「皮毛」體驗，還繼續探索思考和實踐着。深信如果沒有重遇自中學後停下來的跑步和練習，也許無法堅強地從傷痛的經歷中站起來，一步一步重新認識自己。
一直佷想從文字或其他途徑表達出來，但沒有切入點。村上兄在這個長跑練習旺季出版中文譯版給了我一個鼓勵。距離馬拉松的比賽只剩下一個月，深知練習不是很足夠，也追不上來，盡量享受過程，完成比賽巳很滿足。

近年愛上了日本清酒，除了喜歡它那入口清醇的芳香，還有每支清酒也擁有一個美

麗的名字。繼「一期一會」後、很喜歡以中國酒仙李白詩句為名的「兩人對酌」。

雖然此洒只是純米吟釀，但是如介紹，入口層次分明，飲後口中亦帶有芳香。如詩

句一樣，令人回味無窮。

清酒的學問實在太深奧了，造酒的技術層出不窮，就像品嚐到一支好的清酒後，令

你繼續沈迷下去，探索下一支美酒...不過好的清酒一點也不便宜，唯有慢慢培

養...

每年十一月份，總會想起歌德的Max電影節。
開幕電影及opening party總是影迷、
藝術圈中盛事！去年和今年亦設有免費戶外放影。
在fringe club的天台放影着精選短片，觀眾隨意走動、拿着飲品、
遇見友人可邊談邊看，整個氣氛十分casual、舒服！在秋高氣爽
的晚上舉行，感覺十分良好！自從上年第一次參與後便愛上了!

友人介紹位於銅鑼灣小角落的日本小店,是夜叫了一客牛油魷魚,店中排行榜首位的Soba(即蛋薄餅加烏東omelet)及豚肉加椰菜omelet.
味道剛好，材料新鮮及貌似淺野忠信的chef在你面前即場做菜....不用旅行也置身於日本....
這是一頓每一口也令你感受到快樂及強烈感覺到chef對食物,對客人珍重的晚餐...

is hard to keep up this principle especially in the hustle & bustle city life.

If u leave on time, your boss/colleague may think u have nothing to do.The situation will getting worse if u're not a fast player. It seems you are not "dedicated" to your company or to be a team player...

The definition of "Time" is not only the passing of endless secs, mins and hours ; or a limited period during which an action, process, or condition exists or takes place*
but affected by human perceptions,behaviors & values...

Since i am trying to seek "simplicity" in life, i will keep up on my sacred daily "work on time (or earlier) and pack my bag before 630pm" ritual. :)

agnes b 不知不覺在時代廣場某角落開了Le pain grille 分店，走take away路
線，方便咐近的上班、shopping人仕。除了賣三文治、pasta、coffee外，還有朱古力、cake 等...。
不足200尺的food stall 巳放了八至十個員工，服務質素十分好，食物總類多品質也好，價錢和habitu、cafe o差不多..給消費者多個選擇。

Just found out this interesting Free App for iphone user (both 2G & 3G):
Neo Read
By using the in-built phone camera, we can scan the 2D code and get direct access to the related URL.It is interesting to watch the animation demos for the practical use of this application.

The 2D code can apply to all printed materials,they even suggest u to get a 2D code tattoo!
Since the 2D code is not popular in HK , it only works for me if i tattoo my ID card no into 2D code, so if something happen to me, they can scan my tattoo and get my ID no to identify this nameless-dead-old woman body from the street...
Sounds like a prisoner in the concentration camp...

a little testing by uploading photo thru iPhone to flickr by using " airme" free app.the app can incopperate with the inbuild gps function with geo tag.now I can uploading photos n write blog with iPhone!
Ps: the gps function can't detect the location accurately.....even with the wi-fi on.

近日經常光顧公司對面的土耳其小店，
因為貪方便，在繁忙食飯時一個人光顧亦不須等位。
餐前來一碗熱pea soup然後來客chicken doner with rice，
飯後來杯熱turish tea…已成為我的至愛配搭！
某天，剛開完morning meeting後便立刻衝往小店，來一頓豐富午餐。土耳其哥更送上一碗微笑hot pea soup令我忍不住笑了出來，把meeting後的疲倦立刻釋放出來…

想看 inconvenient truth 已有一段時間。朋友再次提及此片，終於在hmv買回來看，hmv哥哥還介紹了由 Leonardo Dicaprio 監製的 The 11th Hour紀錄片給我。
一連看兩套環保 documentary，心裏並不好受。如果想把生活現狀改變，一切唯有從自身開始。片中的一位專家曾說: " living in slow and frugality"… 慢慢感受生活、足夠便可；與其不斷從大自然中拿取資源，也許應學會懂得與大自然為友並建立 give and take 的關係…

自從開始了較規律的上班時間後，
好像巳有一段時間沒有慢慢坐下來品嚐美食，
每天總是匆匆忙忙地與1-2食飯時間競賽或禮貌地輪候叮飯。
沒法享受2-3或3-4的午餐\下午茶優惠、不需與人爭位的自由…
這晚可以慢慢坐下來，品嚐美食，享受98年紅酒…很幸褔！

護膚品

從來對化妝護膚的需求不大，覺得保持清潔的皮膚便行。由於希望上班看來精神一點，便買了這支face lotion...原來這支只有75ml的face lotion亦很貴(對於我來說)…
不知女仕們每月放了多少錢在化妝護膚上…

近期因工作關係，到過佷多中學，亦順道「探訪」小食部。原來小食部也成為集團式經營，小食種類繁多，亦設有八達通付款及增值服務。
某天，從柴灣回程到銅鑼灣時，巴士正好停在舊校附近，於是便立刻走到中小學時的至愛小店「丹麥」。這裏有最美味的熱狗、漢堡包、炸薯條(有薯皮、是自製的)、炸雞脾和熱奶茶！
「丹麥」分成兩部分，一邊賣着不同種類的麵包。到了下午茶時候，便賣着新鮮出爐的雞批蛋撻。店鋪另一面則是熟食部，這裏的香腸永遠放在不停地卷動的不銹鋼熱板上；狹窄的廚房總有兩鑊熱油及鐵籠子，還有兩壼烘着的絲襪茶…看似破舊的煮食設備，卻是造出美味食品的地方。
叔叔和嬸嬸仍舊賣着食物，只是臉上多了歲月的痕跡…原來離開了中學校院的日子巳有十多年…

完成了！
這是踏入三十後給自己的第一個挑戰，
也是首次跑半馬！
2小時11分，比預算的2個半至3小時快了很多！
可能是因為其他跑者的步伐、沿途互相鼓勵和路人打氣的關係！

還記得跑到九龍站附近時聽到遠處傳來的打氣聲，原來是兩位大嬸拿着大鐵鍋並用木棍(廚具)大力地打着並高呼加油。她們的誠意打動了準備入西隧的跑手們，眾跑手們立刻向她們歡呼回應，情緒高漲！進入西隧後，跑手們高呼「努力跑埋去」以作互相鼓勵；在西九龍公路上遇上全馬的國際選手，半馬跑手們也向他們歡呼致敬…

從尖沙咀、西九龍、東涌的基建；中環、灣仔的高樓大厦到銅鑼灣的鬧市…
從短短的時間內經歷了香港城市的面貌…
最後階段，走進自己最熟悉的灣仔和銅鑼灣區就像回到家一樣，特別親切、努力！
還有，我的 lucky charm-紅鞋子一直在背後支持我到終點！

AC同事搞了個surprised party，真係好驚喜！
唸住幾個同事食餐晚飯巳經開心了，原來除了一大班同事外，仲有best gal friend group！
佢哋仲以馬拉松做主題，個個帶上號碼布，掛上特製跑鞋變成選手！
好creative!!! 仲有超可愛玩具 (我姪仔都鍾意)！
其實同事們/best friend gp 今年十分忙碌，已經比以前少左出嚟玩，估唔到今次大家抽空出席，見到大家都已經好開心！

回想起，這兩年來訂下的小目標也幸運地實現了…
也是實現新目標的時候…
我會做好呢份新工，跑好呢場半馬同呢場新嘅十年跑道！
