The taste of food
朋友介紹鵝頸橋街巿熟食中心的波仔車仔麵檔。每次吃完車仔麵一定需要喝很多
水,因為湯底充滿味精,把所有材料混在一起便算。跟其他不同,波仔選用的郤是
濃味的牛汁湯底,粗麵和幼麵是用濃味牛肉汁乾「lo」。根楠肉肥味,材料份量大
(一半材料,一半麵),價廉物味。
