友人介紹位於銅鑼灣小角落的日本小店,是夜叫了一客牛油魷魚,店中排行榜首位的Soba(即蛋薄餅加烏東omelet)及豚肉加椰菜omelet.
味道剛好,材料新鮮及貌似淺野忠信的chef在你面前即場做菜....不用旅行也置身於日本....
這是一頓每一口也令你感受到快樂及強烈感覺到chef對食物,對客人珍重的晚餐...
