喜歡清酒除了是釀酒的藝術,還有酒的名稱。如飲者能達致忘憂境界,把日間的煩惱一飲而掃空,又何尚不是一件樂事!不需要像gone with the wind 的scarlet,在戰亂時辛勞完一整天,對着日落西山,咬緊牙齒,握緊着雙手大叫「tomorrow is a new day!」。今晚,我把半支忘憂酒慢嚐,明天又是新的開始!
